Anti-PSMC3 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185730)

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to PSMC3 (also referred to as TBP-1), supplied by Antibodies.com and reported as identical to Abcam ab185730. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–180 of human PSMC3 (NP_002799.3) and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target has a stated molecular weight of 49 kDa.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot at 1:500–1:2,000 and immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
