Anti-PSMC3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent targets PSMC3, the 26S proteasome AAA-ATPase subunit also known as TBP-1, TBP1, RPT5, or Proteasome subunit P50. The antibody is provided as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged in a 50 µl vial. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to detect endogenous PSMC3 in human, mouse and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of26S proteasome function, ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation and related cellular homeostasis pathways. For routine use the vial should be kept at 4 °C; for longer-term storage it is recommended to aliquot and store at -20 °C while avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
