Anti-PSMC2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, targets PSMC2, also designated MSS1. It is an unconjugated IgG raised in rabbit, with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples. The product is supplied as a liquid and has been purified by affinity purification. It is validated for western blotting, with additional application data supporting immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1–160 of human PSMC2 (NP_002794.1), and an alternative recombinant protein of human PSMC2 has also been used as immunogen. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total PSMC2 protein. Recommended western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. Reported concentration is lot specific in one source and 1.0 mg/mL in another, with the target protein showing a molecular weight of 49 kDa.
