Anti-PSMB9 Antibody

The Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes the inducible beta1i catalytic subunit of the 20S immunoproteasome. PSMB9 (also called LMP2) replaces the constitutive beta1i/PSMB6 within the proteasome core and is upregulated by interferon-gamma in hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues, where it shapes MHC class I peptide repertoires. Aberrant PSMB9 expression has been linked to autoinflammatory syndromes, viral immune evasion strategies, and several solid and hematologic cancers.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated polyclonal is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat specimens. Aliquot after first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles; store short term refrigerated and keep frozen at -20°C for long-term retention of titer.
