Anti-PSMB9 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets PSMB9 (also termed Proteasome 20S LMP2) and is supplied unconjugated. It is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–219 of human PSMB9/LMP2 (NP_002791.1) and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, reacting with human and mouse samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:10–1:100, and the antibody has been affinity purified.

For storage, it is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
