Anti-PSMB6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against PSMB6 (Proteasome 20S beta 6) and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 35-239 of human PSMB6 (NP_002789.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for western blot, 1:50-1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50-1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
