Anti-PSMB5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PSMB5, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 21 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-263 of human PSMB5 (NP_002788.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
