Anti-PSMB4 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab188504)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PSMB4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and is raised in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, and is also listed for immunofluorescence (IF) use. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–264 of human PSMB4 (NP_002787.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Antibody concentration is lot specific.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
