Anti-PSMB3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PSMB3 (also known as Proteasome 20S beta 3). It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–205 of human PSMB3 (NP_002786.2) and is affinity purified, with a target molecular weight of 23 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
