Anti-PSMB2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187505)

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Proteasome subunit beta type 2 (PSMB2). It is supplied unconjugated, is of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP). The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-201 of human PSMB2 (NP_002785.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 23 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and IP: 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
