Anti-PSMB10 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against PSMB10 (also referred to as MECL1), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-273 of human PSMB10 (NP_002792.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
