Anti-PSMB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PSMB1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–241 of human PSMB1 (NP_002784.1), and the protein target has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa.

The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.
