Anti-PSMA7 Antibody

Listed by Antibodies.com in the Primary Antibodies category, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against PSMA7 and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. It is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen used in its generation was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-248 of human PSMA7 (NP_002783.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
