Anti-PSMA6 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185731)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Proteasome subunit alpha type 6 (PSMA6), offered by Antibodies.com and identical in specification to Abcam ab185731. The reagent is of IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 27 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–246 of human PSMA6 (NP_002782.1). The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse and rat samples, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.
