Anti-PSMA5 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab189855)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Proteasome 20S alpha 5 (PSMA5), offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-241 of human PSMA5 (NP_002781.2), with the target migrating at a molecular weight of 27 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
