Anti-PSMA4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PSMA4, marketed by Antibodies.com. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa. Reactivity has been established against human, mouse and rat samples, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–261 of human PSMA4 (NP_001096137.1).

The product is shipped at 4°C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
