Anti-PSMA3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the proteasome subunit alpha type-3 (PSMA3) and is intended for the detection of endogenous total PSMA3 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is offered in a 50 µL volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, purified by affinity chromatography using a recombinant human PSMA3 immunogen, and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western blotting on extracts of various cell lines, immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue such as rat lung at a dilution of around 1:200, and immunofluorescence, with the exact working dilution to be optimised by the end user. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
