Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against PSMA3 and is supplied unconjugated. It is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
The immunogen used is recombinant full-length human PSMA3, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PSMA3 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
