Anti-PSMA3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes PSMA3 (Proteasome Subunit Alpha 3), one of the seven alpha subunits that form the outer ring of the constitutive 20S proteasome. The 20S proteasome mediates ubiquitin-dependent degradation of intracellular proteins and contributes to antigen processing, cell cycle control, and stress response signaling. The reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial that is ready to aliquot and dilute for individual experiments. It is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting both basic characterization of proteasome subunit composition and translational studies of proteasomal dysregulation in cancer and immune-related disease models.
