Anti-PSMA2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196620)

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal raised against PSMA2, also known as Proteasome 20S alpha 2/HC3. It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and is affinity-purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–234 of human PSMA2 (NP_002778.1).

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity is reported with Human and Mouse samples, with the manufacturer additionally listing Rat. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa. Vials are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
