Anti-PSMA1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that targets PSMA1, the 20S proteasome subunit alpha-1. The product is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and was raised against a recombinant human PSMA1 immunogen followed by affinity purification on that same immunogen. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to recognize endogenous total PSMA1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is dispatched from St. Louis, MO on cold packs at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
