Anti-PSMA1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PSMA1 and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent for use in primary antibody applications. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen corresponds to recombinant full length human PSMA1, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of the PSMA1 protein.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
