Anti-PSMA1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against PSMA1, also referred to as Proteasome 20S C2/HC2, supplied by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-263 of human PSMA1 (NP_002777.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:10-1:100.

Storage guidance from the manufacturer states that the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
