Anti-PSK-H2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PSK-H2 and supplied unconjugated for use in Western blotting (WB). The reagent is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and is of the IgG isotype.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human PSK-H2 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of PSK-H2 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The product has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 43 kDa.
