PSGL-1 (P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1, CD162) is a sialylated mucin-like glycoprotein on leukocytes that mediates tethering and rolling on P- and E-selectins during inflammation. This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbit, recognizes the human PSGL-1 molecule and is supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. Use spans western blot and ELISA, supporting detection of this selectin ligand in cell lysates and tissue samples. Each vial delivers 100 µl of reagent, sufficient for multiple blot experiments. Studies of neutrophil extravasation, sickle cell vaso-occlusion, and HIV attachment cofactor biology benefit from accurate PSGL-1 detection, and this reagent provides a practical tool for tracking its expression in relevant cell lines.
