Anti-PSEN2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for Presenilin 2/AD5 (PSEN2). The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-75 of human PSEN2 (NP_000438.2). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Reactivity is reported against human, mouse and rat samples. Applications listed in the catalogue entry include WB, IHC and IF, while the manufacturer's datasheet lists validated applications of WB and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. Reported molecular weights are 21 kDa, 35 kDa and 50 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
