Anti-PSCA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PSCA offered by Antibodies.com in the Primary Antibodies category. The reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is reported against human and mouse samples.

It is raised against a recombinant protein of human PSCA and, following affinity purification against the immunogen, detects the endogenous level of total PSCA protein. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
