Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG antibody targets PSCA and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form by Antibodies.com. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 12-114 of human PSCA (NP_005663.2), with the target migrating at 18 - 20 kDa.
Validated for Western blotting on human samples, the reagent is recommended at 1:500-1:2,000 for WB. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
