Anti-PSAP Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human PSAP immunogen and is validated for the detection of endogenous total PSAP protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ present. The 50 µl size is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been verified to cross-react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell and tissue-based studies. As a polyclonal reagent produced in rabbit, it is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
