Anti-PRSS8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PRSS8 (Prostasin), a GPI-anchored serine protease expressed across epithelial tissues and studied for its role in ENaC regulation, epidermal barrier maintenance, and tumor progression pathways. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated applications include Western blot detection of prostasin in human, mouse, and rat sample lysates.
