Anti-PRSS50 Antibody

PRSS50 (protease, serine 50, also known as TSP50 or TESTESP) is a testes-enriched serine protease linked to germ-cell maturation in mammals. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets PRSS50 in human samples and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of unconjugated, affinity-purified antiserum raised in rabbit, it supports detection of endogenous PRSS50 in denatured whole-cell lysates by WB and in fixed tissue sections by IHC. Reproductive biology and cancer proteomics groups use this reagent to characterise PRSS50 expression across normal testis and pathological tissue.
