Anti-PRRX1 Antibody

It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications.

The target is PRRX1, and reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–145 of human PRRX1, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of PRRX1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 27 kDa.
