Anti-PRRX1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the PRRX1 target. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been demonstrated to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–90 of human PRRX1 (NP_073207.1), with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 27 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The manufacturer-recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
