Anti-PRRT2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRRT2, raised in Rabbit and of the IgG isotype. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid preparation, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shown to react with Human and Mouse samples.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–130 of human PRRT2 (NP_660282.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
