Anti-PRPS1 / 2 / 1L1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase family members PRPS1, PRPS2, and PRPS1L1, enzymes that catalyze the ATP-dependent synthesis of phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate (PRPP) from ribose-5-phosphate. PRPP serves as a central precursor for purine and pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthesis, placing these enzymes at a key node in nucleotide metabolism and making them relevant to studies of cell proliferation and metabolic adaptation in tumor cells.
