This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PRPH (Peripherin), supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for use with Human, Mouse and Rat samples; the host species is Rabbit and the isotype is IgG.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human PRPH (NP_006253.2), and has been affinity purified. The expected molecular weight is 54 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot (WB) and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
