Anti-PRPF8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PRPF8/Prp8 and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 274 kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human PRPF8 (NP_006436.3). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100, and IP 1:50–1:100. The antibody is purified by affinity methods. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
