Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRPF31 is offered by Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Raised against recombinant full-length human PRPF31, the antibody recognises endogenous levels of the PRPF31 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, corresponding to a target of approximately 55 kDa.
