Anti-PRPF3 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187535)

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognises PRPF3 and is provided in unconjugated IgG form [C0, S1]. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP) [C0, S1], and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples [C0, S1].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human PRPF3 (NP_004689.1) [S1]. The target protein migrates at approximately 100 kDa [S1]. The antibody is affinity-purified [S1] and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles [S1].

Suggested dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:50–1:100 [S1].
