Anti-PRPF19 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes the pre-mRNA splicing factor PRPF19, a core component of the human NineTeen Complex (NTC) that also acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in DNA damage repair and genome stability. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl vial, and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. PRPF19 (also known as PSO4 and SNEV/hPSO4) localizes to nuclear speckles and participates in spliceosome activation, ubiquitin-dependent signaling at sites of UV-induced DNA damage, and cell cycle checkpoint control.
