Anti-PRPF19 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises PRP19 and is provided unconjugated in liquid form. The molecular weight of the target is 60 kDa, and the formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody has been affinity purified.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human PRP19 and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Validated applications include Western blot, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, and immunohistochemistry, recommended at 1:100–1:200.
