PRPF19 (Pre-mRNA Processing Factor 19), also known as PSO4 or SNEV, is a core spliceosomal component that participates in pre-mRNA splicing and the DNA damage response, and it functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase through K63-linked ubiquitin signaling.
