Anti-Protein C Antibody [HLW-C]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody targets Protein C and is supplied as a lyophilised, unconjugated preparation. The clone, designated HLW-C, was raised against purified human Protein C derived from human blood and reacts with human samples.

Validated for ELISA, the antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the reagent is reconstituted using double distilled water.
