Anti-proteasome alpha 7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary polyclonal reagent is a rabbit antibody raised against proteasome alpha 7 (PSMA7) and supplied at a working volume of 100 µl. It is unconjugated and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography, with the immunogen being a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 10 and 217 of the human PSMA7 sequence. The antibody is validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:3000) and immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (1:100–1:250), and it shows reactivity with human samples, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa for the target. It is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline containing 10% glycerol (pH 7.0) with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative; the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
