Anti-Prostate Specific Antigen Antibody [CHYH1]

A mouse monoclonal antibody targeting Prostate Specific Antigen, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The clone, identified as CHYH1, is of the IgG1 isotype and provided unconjugated in lyophilised form.

Raised against human Prostate Specific Antigen, the reagent has been validated for ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with human samples. It recognises normal prostate tissue, benign prostate hyperplasia, and prostate malignant carcinoma. Purification is performed by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the lyophilised product is formulated in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.0.

Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
