Anti-Prostate Secretory Protein Antibody [YPSP-4]

A mouse monoclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com is raised against Prostate Secretory Protein. The clone is designated YPSP-4 and the reagent is provided unconjugated, in lyophilised form, with an IgG1 isotype.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with human samples. According to the manufacturer's data sheet it recognises Prostate Secretory Protein as well as human prostate epithelial cells, and was generated using highly purified PSP as immunogen. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2.

For storage, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
