Anti-Prostate Secretory Protein Antibody [YPSP-3]

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone YPSP-3) targets Prostate Secretory Protein. It is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied in an unconjugated, lyophilised form. The antibody has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with Human samples.

The immunogen is highly purified PSP, and the antibody recognises PSP as well as human prostate epithelial cells. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the formulation consists of a lyophilised solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. The concentration is described as reconstitution dependent.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The antibody should be reconstituted with double distilled water. The epitope is designated Sp2/0-Ag14.
