Anti-Prostate Secretory Protein Antibody [YPSP-1]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone YPSP-1) from Antibodies.com targets Prostate Secretory Protein (PSP). It is of the IgG1 isotype and supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form. The reagent is reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and ELISA applications.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the immunogen used was highly purified PSP, and the antibody specifically recognises PSP as well as human prostate epithelial cells. It does not recognise a variety of human normal tissues. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, with concentration described as reconstitution dependent. The epitope is noted as Sp2/0-Ag14.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution should be performed with double distilled water.
