Anti-PROS1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Protein S (PROS1), provided as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for a range of common laboratory model systems.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 405–676 of human PROS1 (NP_000304.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and should be shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
