Anti-PROKR2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against PROKR2. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, formulated with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and prepared by affinity purification. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. Reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–60 of human PROKR2 (NP_658986.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
